    Based on your feedback, you're wondering about how long it takes to receive a call back from Microsoft

    This call is usually one to three days, but by your description, I also find it odd that they closed the case without calling you

    If not, you can use this link to contact phone support again, which is usually done first via online chat

    Gather the details of your issue and then a support person will call you on the phone.

    In the meantime, I don't think it's a good idea for phone support to do this.
