How do I disable Copilot in Windows 10

Hello my name is Don. I uninstalled mine by going to Settings then Apps and scrolled down to CoPilot and clicked on Uninstall. No more CoPilot except in Edge which I will never trust and use as FireFox is my default browser and has been from the start.

    Respectfully,

Hi! The way I did it was super easy. Just open a blank WORD document. Click "file" in the task bar and go way down to the bottom where the "options" are. Click on it and read the list. Copilot is listed there and you can opt out. I just tried and the choice held firm. No copilot showed up in my document. Oops, don't forget to hit "ok" at the bottom. Hope this helps!!

Go to settings, choose apps, scroll down to co-pilot. Tap on co-pilot. Choose Uninstaller. This works on everything but Edge. I'm switching to Firefox to be rid of co-pilot

CoPilot is seems to be welded into Edge and Bing Search Engine. I think FireFox is way more secure and private than Edge but each person has their opinions. I also use DuckDuckGo as my default search engine as I stay away from MSN and Bing and also Google. If you need any advice or have questions in setting up FireFox settings then please feel free to ask. I can also point out to you the FireFox Forum you can join

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/firefox as they have extremely knowledgeable people there to help as well and they do not give you cut and paste/canned responses for a problem. I recommend that you set up a FireFox account so all your settings, addons and themes etc.etc. can be synced to your account in the event you need to reinstall FireFox for some reason then everything will quickly re-populate your settings like it was before. Good luck.

But the other posters specifically say there is an on/ off toggle.

On my machines there is not such a toggle switch.

I think you misunderstand. I want to toggle it off, not uninstall from my machine

    same here.
