Hi, I’m Vinay. Thanks for reaching out.

I’m here to help you today.

    1. First try to use activation troubleshooter to activate windows in Settings - System - Activation - Click on Troubleshoot next to Activation state - Select " I changed hardware on this device recently " - Sign in with the Microsoft account you linked to your license then choose the device and Activate it.
    2. Make sure you have signed in with the account you previously used for the license.
    3. Activate using Command Prompt as an administrator .

Open command prompt as an administrator then Press Win + S - search for Command Prompt - Right click on it and click on Run as administrator .

    a. Type slmgr.vbs /ipk (your_product_key)

    b. Click Enter

    c. Type slmgr.vbs /ato to activate Windows.

    d. Click Enter
