Thanks for your reply!
Are you still unable to use the Bluetooth headset microphone after choosing Hands-free?
It is suggested that you can check whether there is an update in Settings -Windows Update first.
Next, please check whether your microphone privacy is turned on:
- select "> settings >"&">" security "and make sure that" microphone access "is turned on.
- Make sure "Allow applications to access your microphone" is turned on, and then select which applications have access rights. Desktop applications will not be displayed in this list.
Then, please press the Windows+R key, enter mmsys.cpl and press Enter.
- Then go to the recording selection card. Is there a display microphone? If so, make sure your microphone is the default device.
2. You can continue to double-click the microphone and go to the Level tab to make sure it is not muted.
If the problem persists, it is suggested that you can follow the steps in this link to check whether your LMP supports your headphones: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/what-bluetooth-version-is-on-my-pc-f5d4cff7-c00d-337b-a642-d2d23b082793 Your headset Bluetooth version is 5.3, so your computer Bluetooth hardware version needs to be in LMP 11 to support this headset.
If there is any progress, you are welcome to contact us at any time!

2024-06-23T07:10:28+00:00 Hi, R. Sabbir
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
We understand that you have encountered the problem that the Bluetooth headset microphone cannot be used.
First of all, please go to your computer manufacturer and update your Bluetooth driver.
Next, I suggest that you can press Windows+X, click Device Manager, and under "Sound, Video and Game Controller", check whether your headphones have the suffix "Hands-free".
If not, please delete your headset in Bluetooth pairing, and then try to manually add devices to add your headset.
Then, please open the control panel, go to Hardware and Sound-Devices and Printers, find your earphone device, right-click Properties, select Service, find Hands-Free Phone Service and check it, then click Apply and OK.
Restart the computer and see if the microphone can be used.
You are welcome to contact us at any time if the situation develops.
Best Regards
