I have my windows laptop for 3 years and it has bluetooth built-in inside. I've been using the bluetooth mostly to connect to my ear-buds and it went well on most days. But, I've been struggling with the same error ... the bluetooth option just went missing on some days. I've tried to reinstall the driver, checking it on my device manager, none have worked for me excepet it just going to be available randomly.

today I've had enough nad hope that someone might stumble with the same problem or have the solution for it?

Update 06/03/2024: I just update my Windows yesterday and found out that today the bluetooth button is lost yet again

Thanks, and I wish everyone in this forum a great day!

    Hey Ravi,

Thanks for you attention and suggestion. I did try to do your suggestion, but sadly, as I mentioned before, all the efforts was futile. I can't get back my bluetooth icon. But again, today, 3 days after I post this, the bluetooth icon came back and I expect it to be missing again at some random time.

So I guess, this issue isn't done for me, or at least until I can assure it in the upcoming days. I'll update this issue when it come up again.

Thanks for the help anyway, have a pleasant day. Cheers!

The suggested method/s doesn't work for me too.

    Hey there!

My name is Ravi, and I am an independent advisor. I am happy to help you. :)

I understand how confusing it can be when Bluetooth disappears randomly.

    Try using the Bluetooth troubleshooter.

1). Press Win+I to open Settings.

2). Click on Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooter.

3). Find the Bluetooth option and click on "Run the troubleshooter".

If it doesn't work, Set the Bluetooth Service to Automatic.

1). Open the Run window, and then type services.msc and click OK.

2). Find "Bluetooth Support Service" and check its status. If it shows "running", right-click and stop it. Start it again.

3). You can also click on "Restart".

4). If the problem still persists, click on "Properties".

5). From a box, find "Startup" and select "Automatic" for it.

6). Click on Apply and Ok.

Feel free to get in touch again if you have any additional questions.

    Cheers,

    Ravi
