Please disconnect all external devices such as USB drives, printers, etc., and try booting your PC again. If the issue persists, it may indicate a hardware problem or an issue with the power supply (PSU). We recommend contacting a technician to physically check and diagnose your hardware components. It seems that a hardware component may be failing,
Let me know ifyou still need more help.

- Turn off your computer.
- Unplug the Power cable from the wall socket and the CPU tower.
- Press and hold the power button for 10-15 sec to remove static charge.
- Then, see if your motherboard has CMOS reset switch (or) Battery - coin sized - Gently remove teh CMOS battery and reinsert the battery again.
- Reboot your computer.
(You can also do the same procedure for reseating the RAM Memory)
Additionally, in the Control Panel System settings, select Power Options > change the power plan from balanced to High performance.
Let us know how it goes.
