Hi! I have a dell xps 13 9320 - windows 11. The touch screen has just stopped working - I don't remember any major recent updates. In device manager there is no HID touch screen driver and prompting a hardware check doesn't bring it up and its not hidden! Screen is unresponsive to touch! and pen + touch info non existent! I tried to go through dell support but no appropriate response

Yes, in this case it will be a Dell issue, because while you are in BIOS, Windows hasn't booted yet, so it cannot be a Windows issue. Hopefully you get a hold of Dell.

Thank you - I tried this but it didn't work in BIOS mode and touch screen was turned on. It must be a hardware issue!

    Hello, this is Emily.

This could be a hardware issue.

Can you use F2 to boot the computer into Dell's BIOS menu. Then see if touchscreen is working there. For some models, you might have the option to turn touchscreen on and off in BIOS menu, see if that might be the case. But if it is not working in BIOS either, this is not a Windows issue and you for sure would need Dell's support.
