I have tried countless times to uninstall Matlab R2024b from my computer and it will not work. No matter how many times I hit uninstall and allow changes, nothing happens. I even tried to delete all the files and they all deleted besides the app, and when I tried again, it told me it needed one of the files. I restored the file then tried again, and yet again nothing happened. I need this program for my class but I cannot access it so can someone please help me uninstall and get it re installed.

Hello, I'm Manoel Barros! I will help you in the best way possible, using my knowledge and experience.

In this case, you can use Revo Uninstaller. In addition to forcing the app to uninstall, it removes leftovers that applications leave behind when they are uninstalled.

    1. Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the program. See the link below:

NOTE: This is not a Microsoft website, but it appears to provide accurate and safe information. Be aware of ads that may advertise products that are often classified as PUPs (Potentially Unwanted Products). Research any product advertised on the site before deciding to download and install it.

    1. Download and install Revo > Find the program you want and double-click on it > Click ''Continue'' > Follow the program's steps to uninstall it.
    2. After uninstalling the program, go back to Revo > In Uninstall Mode, select ''Advanced'' > Click ''Scan''.
    3. Revo will scan for any leftover files and registry entries from the program when it was uninstalled. Select all of them and delete them, then continue until it is finished.
