Changing my Pin

I want to change the PIN code I use to sign into my PC (and to access other things when using my computer). I've attempted to follow other tutorials on how to do it, but the options are not showing up for me.

These are the instructions I'm trying to follow as provided by Microsoft:

  1. In the Settings app  on your Windows device, selectAccounts*>Sign-in optionsor use the following shortcut:* Sign-in options
  2. SelectPIN (Windows Hello)>Change PIN, and then follow the instructions. You must enter your old PIN in order to change to a new one

But when I select PIN (Windows Hello), below that title it says "This option is currently unavailable", and when I click it, I'm only given related links (neither of which relate to my problem). I know and can use my PIN, but I want to change it to something easier for me to type out.

    Hello, this is Emily.

Can you go to Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School, do you see an organization account listed? If so, select it and then click on disconnect.

Restart the computer and then see if you can now change your PIN.
