I am a young college student, i need desperate help to fix the laptop as it is owned by my Dad.

My Lenovo laptop keeps blue screening after downloading latest update. It sends me a blue screen saying and it sends me the trouble shoot menu. If you click on the button which lets you open Windows 11, it just send back to start. It keeps looping like this and I would like to know a method of fixing this immediately as I am working on a very important project which is not completed backed up properly as I did not expect downloading an update would destroy Windows.

Please help, Kylle.

Press and hold the power button until power is forced off.

Power on again and repeat above when windows starts to load.

Power on a 3rd time and wait, the Troubleshoot menu should load, select Advanced options and look for the option to remove an update.

See if you are able to uninstall the last update.

Sadly I tried this earlier and it did not work. It pops up with an error messages reading “We ran into a problem and won’t be able to uninstall the latest feature update of Windows.”. It also says the same thing for the other update uninstalling option.

Thanks for the suggestion, sorry it didn’t work for me however.

Easy AntiCheat is sometimes the culprit. You can try uninstalling it to see if it resolves the issue.

Try if you can access safe mode: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win...

Sorry I can't access Windows however the error message appearing says "Page fault in nonpaged area".

Also I have a question I think that I have this issue due to Easy AntiCheat as that's what I read earlier in the Microsoft forums, etc. So if I were to delete it would you think it would fix my issue?

    Hi Kylle,

My name is Estrella, and I'm a Microsoft user like you. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I'll be more than happy to help.

If you can access Windows, please check if your computer has created minidump files located in C:\Windows\Minidump. Copy them to your desktop, compress them into a ZIP file, and upload the ZIP to OneDrive. Share the OneDrive link here. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/shar...

If not, could you please provide any error messages you are seeing? Sending a screenshot would help clarify the issue. Please blur any personal information. Thank you.
