Getting message VPN has been detected, when I do not have one installed.

I am trying to access work on Appen and other sites and cannot as I am blocked because of a VPN I do not have.
I have tried everything I have read online to find, detect or remove any possibility of there being one, but this is still happening.

    Hey

I am trying to enter Appen and too have a VPN issue.

I made sure all of my vpns in my computer settings are off, I cleared cache and changed networks and nothing works. What else can I do?

    Hello,

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting to the community.

Typically, such messages are displayed because your IP address is from the ranges used by VPNs.

Please try changing your network environment (like broadband, smartphone tethering/hotspot, and network from different ISPs), and see whether the issue persists.

Also, certain "Safety" and "PC optimization" software have VPNs built-in. Please uninstall such software, and see whether the issue persists.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting Appen support for further assistance.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

To do so, simply connect to a different network (like using the hotspot from your smartphone, or using public Wi-Fi).
