Hi, thank you for that information, it seems that there is an incompatibility with the Wi-Fi driver, moreover, kindly follow the steps below for us to sort out the issue:

    Roll back Wi-Fi driver.

-Press the Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Network Adapters

-Look for the MediaTek Wi-Fi driver

    -Right-click and click "Update Driver"

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver"

-Click "Let me pick drivers available drivers on my computer"

-Choose an old driver or other names of the driver then select it and hit next until it installs.

Note: If the issue persists, please download and install a Wi-Fi driver from your manufacturer's website and or update the BIOS with the help of the PC manufacturer.

Additional note: If the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

Hi Kai, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my timezone is UTC +8.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, may I know when the issue started? and does it only happen when you try to use a web browser? Have you tried to use a different web browser?

While waiting, there might be a misconfiguration with your internet/network, in this case, I suggest following the steps below:

First what we will do is enable WWAN and WLAN services, these services are essential to run the Wireless and wired connection perfectly.

    • Open Services (Press Windows key + R then type in services.msc then click OK)

-Look for WLAN Autoconfig and WWAN Autoconfig> Right-Click Properties and set it to automatic (If it's already set to automatic, right-click then click stop then start it again)

    -Restart the PC and check

Run the following command in Command Prompt (Admin) if the issue persists. Follow the steps below to do so.

These sets of commands will reset the internet connection and re-calibrate the internet settings you have.

    Press Windows Key + X.

Click on Command prompt (Admin) or Windows Powershell (Admin)

Type the following commands, and hit Enter after each command:

netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled

    netsh winsock reset

    netsh int ip reset

    ipconfig /release

    ipconfig /renew

    ipconfig /flushdns

If the same issue follows the methods below:

    Method 1. Do clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
    • On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
    • Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
    • Close Task Manager.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    • Try running Windows Network Diagnostics. DNS_PROBE_STARTED

However I can't click to the wifi icon on the bottom left and when I try to open it in the setting, I can't type my username and password.
