I cannot access Computer Management on Windows 10

It started with me wanting to add an SSD to my computer. I then wanted to access Disk Management to make my SSD visible or allocated (I'm not the most proficient when it comes to this side of computers so I do hope I am not making it sound more confusing).

Now before I start listing the things that I tried, I want you to know that I am the administrator on this computer as it is mine.

  1. Accessing the option through Control Panel to create and format hard disk partition. The error I received is as follows:

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

  1. I tried the same but through the search option as I thought it would let me to right-click it and run it as administrator. Same error message as before.
  2. Tried accessing computer management in the folder with shortcuts (at that point idk how I got there), actually managed to run it as administrator but still got the same error message as before.
  3. Tried cmd, using diskmgmt.msc, same error
  4. Tried /run and then diskmgmt.msc, same error
  5. And last but not least, tried Powershell and received this message:

Program 'diskmgmt.msc' failed to run: Unknown error (0xffffffff)At line:1 char:1

+ diskmgmt.msc

+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~.

At line:1 char:1

+ diskmgmt.msc

+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~

**+ CategoryInfo : ResourceUnavailable: (:) [], ApplicationFailedException**

**+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : NativeCommandFailed**

If anyone has an idea of what else I can try or have a solution already, I would be quite thankful.
