Hi,

The issues below could prevent exam launch.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open Task Manager, then select the Processes tab.

    Can you find a process in the list named ITS component.

    If you can, right click that process and End Task on that process, then check if you can take the exam.

    Hi, yes it does. I was able to pass my system test before the exam once I disabled the ITS component.
