CapCut Application keeps crashing PC

So I've had this problem for a while now and wanted to see if anyone else has this problem with CapCut.

Every time I open CapCut it almost immediately crashes my PC and sends it into a blue screen. This only happens to CapCut and no other application I own. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, tried different compatible settings, rebooted my PC, Updated Graphics Drivers, I have well than enough storage so I don't think it would be a too much storage issue. I can't go into the application and when I do I have a 1 second window of sight into the application before it shutdown my PC.

For some reason I have no projects, not signed in and it keeps doing this. It used to work for a while until one day it just stopped working, I've deleted it, uninstalled it and reinstalled it so many times that I don't know if any changes I made to the application are still there.

Every time I crash though it comes up with...

Stopcode: system service exception

What Failed: dxgmms1sys

If someone could help me this would be greatly appreciated since I've been with this issue forever.

    See if your computer is creating minidump files.

    To find these files, this is the path "C:\Windows\Minidump".

    First copy and paste all the minidump files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then upload the ZIP file to the cloud on a website like OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox.

    Choose to share or right click and get the share link.
