I'm going to build a new pc pretty soon and thought I would just make my own download of windows 11 to use. I tried downloading the ISO and I keep getting this error message, "We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service. For this reason, leveraging anonymous or location hiding technologies when connecting to this service is not generally allowed. If you believe that you encountered this problem in error, please try again. If the problem persists you may contact Microsoft Support – Contact Us page for assistance. Refer to message code 715-123130 and f4ea4716-e402-4ea4-8cd3-67e9db548aee." I'm not using any sort of VPN or anything so I'm a little confused.

Hi Owen, I'm Ramesh, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

This happens because Microsoft blocks some IP ranges from accessing its servers. As a workaround, you can use the Media Creation Tool to download the ISO.

Download Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295

Run MCT and download the Windows 11 (24H2) ISO.

If that doesn't help, let me know so I can generate a direct download link and share the link here. Mention which language you need.
