Why Can’t I sign into Java for minecraft

it crashes everytime I try to sign and says it cannot find my account information. I have been working on this for days!

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Do you get any error messages when trying to sign in to the Minecraft Launcher? If so, what is the error you’re getting?

In the meantime, try to run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and see if it resolves the issue. Go to Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot > select Windows Store apps from the list and run the troubleshooter. Then, try to launch Minecraft Launcher as administrator and sign in again. Also, please make sure that Minecraft is up-to-date. Open Microsoft Store > click Library > click Get Updates.

If the problem persists, try repairing the application. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Look for Minecraft Launcher and click Advanced Options > click Repair. If that doesn't help, click Reset below the Repair button. Restart your computer to check if the problem is resolved. Let me know how it goes.
