Hello! I'm Manoel Barros!
Mouse cursor problems are usually caused by Windows bugs, such as corrupted files or registry. Try repairing corrupted files.
System Repair
- Type "'Command Prompt" in the Search Bar > Right-click on the app > Select '''Run as administrator''.
- Now let's type the following commands.
ATTENTION: Type the entire command on the first line > Press ENTER > Wait for the command to complete > Execute the next command in the list.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
chkdsk c: /f /x /r
- When the message "...Check next time the system is restarted? (Y/N)" appears, press the Y (Yes) key.
- When finished, turn off your computer properly and turn it on again.
Video Driver
The video driver may cause this problem. Try reinstalling it.
- Download the driver from the official website of your graphics card manufacturer.
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/23...
NOTE: This is not a Microsoft website, but it seems to provide accurate and secure information. Be aware of ads that may advertise products often classified as PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Search for any product advertised on the site before deciding to download and install it.
- When you download the Video Driver, disconnect your PC from the Internet > Search "Device Manager" in the search bar > Click on icon > Expand the "Video adapters" tab.
- Right-click on the first video device > Select "Uninstall device" > Check "Try to remove this device’s driver" > Confirm.
NOTE: Your screen will search, it is normal, do not worry!
- Restart the computer.
- Install the downloaded driver > Choose 'Express Installation' option and proceed > When installing the driver fully, restart the computer.
- Connect to the internet and check if the problem has been solved.
