FPS counter top right corner, that i cant get rid off

So it just randomly popped up and I have no idea why. i dont have a clue how to get rid of it

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    If you have Nvidia graphics on your PC, try pressing Alt + R or Alt + Z to close that FPS Counter.

    If you do not have Nvidia graphics, please provide a screenshot of the FPS Counter on your screen.
