Hey Dave,
Appreciate the patience.
I did the upgrade 3 days ago. The battery started draining power very fast the first 2 days and yesterday it stopped charging.
It's really strange. Before that I hadn't any problem with the battery.

Good afternoon,
After performing an in-place upgrade to Windows 11 a few days ago, my laptop’s battery started draining and charging unusually quickly. Today, it’s no longer charging at all.
I hadn’t experienced any battery issues before this upgrade. Could you please assist me? I’m not sure what additional information would be helpful for troubleshooting, so please feel free to ask for any details.
Thank you in advance.

Hello Dave,
Thanks for the fast reply.
Already tried that step and also uninstalled those drivers followed by a reboot, with no success.
The nest option is to go to the support page for your laptop on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version of Chipset drivers they recommend and while there, if you do not have your drive encrypted with Bitlocker, check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed
Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)
Expand the Batteries section
For each device in that section:
Right click and choose Disable
Then right click and choose Enable
Close Device Manager
Restart (not shut down) your laptop, then check if your battery is charging correctly.
