This fixed my issue! I noticed at first I was having trouble opening programs this last week, then the file folder would not let me open at all.
Microsoft really needs to get their updates in check I could not use anything besides chrome.
Thanks !
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
When i open file explorer, it showing Working on it... nothing happening even after long wait. If i click on any icon, it became Not Responding. The most worried point is, if took any update it starts showing blue screen error by saying Restarting due to some process is killed/intorted
I tried every solution available on the internet to make file explorer responsive. However, it is not working.
help me with this?
Kind Regards,
Harishkumar

I had the same thing (Working on it...) and fixed it by resetting the Photos app.
Settings> Apps > Installed Apps > Photos and I clicked on Repair and Reset
Feel the same. I'm replying this with an unresponsive desktop and unresponsive file explorer. Really upset. Windows was good but not now. I'm still finding a solution but all I got is 'resetting', 'dism', 'sfc' ... Is there any other helpful trick you can suggest now?
I am spending more and more of my life and losing more of my workflow every week trying to fix Microsoft problems that Microsoft should be fixing themselves. Windows reliability has been going down and down since Windows 7. That version worked for me and had all the features I ever wanted.

Hi HarishKumarReddy,
I have reviewed the issue, and based on my understanding, your problem is that File Explorer is not responding in Windows 11. To troubleshoot this issue, kindly try the steps below (skip any step you have already tried):
You can follow the instructions in this article: How to Perform a Clean Boot(https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t...). After that, check to see if the issue persists. If the issue is resolved, re-enable the services one by one until you identify the service causing the problem.
Press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC to open Task Manager. Go to the Processes tab, search for Windows Explorer, and select Restart.
You can go through this checklist to ensure the installation is set up correctly: Windows Installation Checklist(https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...)
If the issue persists, you may consider performing an in-place upgrade. Follow the instructions here: Repair Install Windows 11 with an In-place Upgrade (https://www.elevenforum.com/t/repair-install-wi...)
Please let me know if you need further assistance and keep me updated.
Best regards,
Arvind
