Hello,
You might have read a lot of instruction online, including registry hacks, but those are relevant to Win10. When it comes to Win11, there's no way to remove it.
The closest you can do is the following:
Go to File explorer > Options.
Under Privacy, uncheck all boxes.
After that, you would still have the quick access section when you click on "Home" on the left. Here you can right click on every icon and choose unpin from quick access.
Then for "Open File Explorer to", you can set it to "this PC" instead.
==========
You can go to the View tab, under navigation pane, uncheck the boxes and just keep the "this PC". This can further make it cleaner on the left, for the navigation pane
OR
If you don't want the navigation pane at all, click on View > Show, uncheck the box for Navigation Pane. This way when you open your File Explorer, it goes straight to "This PC" and you don't see anything on the left, hence you wo't see the "Home" option to see Quick access.
==========
These options would be the cloest I can think of to hide Quick Access and make File Explorer clean.
