Hi there,
Can anyone help me?
I have a Lenovo PC which will not boot up properly all of a sudden. It starts and I can see the Lenovo logo but then I get this error message:
"Error 1962 - No Operating System Found. Boot sequence will automatically repeat."
Does anyone know how I can fix this? Or is it some kind of hardware issue for example a faulty hard drive?
Many thanks.

Hi there yes the hard drive is listed as the first boot item
Hi there,
It appears to have no System Restore points to go back too. This is something I have tried already.

Thanks for the reply and letting me know that you are using desktop.
As you said that issue started all of sudden then you can perform system restore.
If you have system restore points then you can revert it before the issue started.
press and hold the power button to turn off the desktop then press the power button to turn on desktop , as soon as you see Windows logo, press and hold the power button until the desktop turns off.Repeat this process 2 or 3 times. On next boot , you should be able to enter WinRe
In WinRe, select Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - System Restore then if prompted any then enter your credentials and you will see list of system restore points and select the restore point before the issue began and follow on screen instructions to finish the process.
Please let me know how it goes !
