    Hello,Seamus Weldon

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

Based on the error message you provided showing that the system explicitly denied the access request to a specific URL and asked you to consult an administrator, such problems usually occur in network environments with strict security settings. In order to diagnose and resolve the problem more accurately, we need to know more information, and the following will be helpful:

    1. Are you currently in an organizational environment such as school or work? Or are you governed by a domain policy?
    2. What website or software are you accessing that is giving you this error?

If this is indeed an anomaly caused by a system update, it can usually be resolved by writing in the update, and you can uninstall the update by doing the following.

    1. Using System Restore Points
    • Type Control Panel in the bottom search bar, then select “Recovery > Open System Restore > Next”, select the restore point before the system update, and then select Next > Finish.
    1. Restoring the environment through WinRE
    • Click the Start button in the bottom left corner of the screen and select Settings.
    • In the Settings window, click on “Update & Security” and in the left menu, select “Recovery”.
    • In the Advanced Startup section, click the Restart Now button. This will restart your computer and take you to the advanced startup options.
    • From the options that appear, select “Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > Uninstalling updates”.

After you refer to the above steps, you can share some information in this thread and I will answer your questions further. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

    Best Regards,
