When I try to add Windows Media Player in System - Optional Features I get an error message saying 'couldn't add', as shown in the screenshot below.

The message I got is Error: 740 'Elevated permissions are required to run DISM. Use an elevated command prompt to complete these tasks', as you'll see in the screenshot.
