I cant install Epic games installer.
Error code 2755

Epic games support told me to contact microsoft...

Its a brand new PC and I have updated both Win and graphic drivers

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Gaming

    After serveral fails I have succed du login in. On the local account.
    But I cant connect my local account to microsoftaccount.

    When I try, it works with login psw to Microsoft, but than i am requested to type my windows login. And that fails...

    I can login to computer with PIN, but not with password.
    But serveral times when I failed to start up the PC it saids that PIN is not available.

    And I still dont find any ways to get contact with support... Only community ot guides...

    You may need to contact Microsoft support directly. Use the Get Help app in windows and enter chat with an agent then select Contact Support. Look for a call back or webchat option.

    I have found a solution in the Epic Games forum that worked for many users.

    Make sure the directory “Installer” exists in “C:\Windows\Installer” (if Windows is installed in C:).

    If it doesn’t, just create it and install EpicGamesLauncherInstaller again.

    What is the full make and model or system spec if custom built?

    It's very easy for a company to say it's Microsoft's fault but if it is brand new then the manufacturer may be able to help.
