Desktops do not have an built-in camera, only some all-in-one models.
how can I tell if I have a camera Installed on this computer? When i search cameras it says there are none available. I thought all computers had built-in cameras.

Some laptop models have a camera on/off key or a protective cover on the camera. See if your model has any of these.
