How to upgrade to Windows 11 for free?

My computer meets all requirements to upgrade to windows 11 but I cannot figure out how to do it.

When I update the computer it tells me that it is compatible but no longer gives me the option to upgrade. I used to have the option but I was tied up for work and didn't want to upgrade until I could devote time just incase something came up. Now that I have time the option is gone.

How do I get the free Windows 11 Upgrade?

    Few things to check on the PC

    **Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting

    **Disable or uninstall any third-party Antivirus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade
