I need bitlocker recovery key

Want to know what is even worse? When you have the BitLocker keys and they still do not work. It to me to my desktop once so I know it is not wrong. But I am stuck in a loop and my computer is now complete trash. I have no choice but to just go and buy another machine. I never set this thing up. I would have declined had I ever been asked because I know that it will not do one lousy thing to stop the evil-doers from stealing my data. ALL IT DOES IS PISS ME -- THE LEGITIMATE USER - off because I cannot access my computer and it IS NOW A PIECE OF GARBAGE.

It was working just fine and then suddenly IT ALL BLEW UP IN MY FACE. I AM SO. ANGRY I CANNOT EAT OR SLEEP UNTIL THIS NIGHTMARE IS RESOLVED AND THERE IS NO ONE AVENUE OF HELP OUT THERE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD.

If you encrypted your drive with Bitlocker, then the only place the recovery key is stored automatically is on the Microsoft account on that link, be sure to check any Microsoft account that may have been used on the PC and also any work or school account that may be linked to the PC.

I cannot even get a virtual assist because I CANNOT GET INTO MY OWN MACHINE. IT BLEW OUT MY PIN AND EVERYTHING. AND THE AUTHENTICATOR APP IS ABSOLUTELY EFFING USELESS.

DID I GET HIT WITH SOME KIND OF MALWARE. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND AND I CANNOT GET A SIMPLE ANSWER.

I've checked my account and it sais that there is no BitLocker keys on that microsoft account.
I've encrypted nothing. I've just bought a laptop, used it do 2 months, then it's charging port broke, service repaired it and now I have working laptop but I cant log in or do nothing basically. I did not know tjat I even had bitlocker installed.

Why do I have to lose all my data and apps when I have the keys? They are in the Microsoft web site. MICROSOFT IS THE RANSOMWARE. IT IS NOT A SOLUTION. ITS THE PROBLEM.

More importantly, how do I make sure this **** never every happens again! I DID NOT EVEN WANT THIS horrible Bitlocker. It has completely and irrevocably destroyed my entire week.
