There's no option anymore to change my password, which is extremely problematic.
The option is not available with Ctrl+Alt+Del.
I tried many ways, but nothing seems to work. I tried to execute the following command: lusrmgr.msc and ticked the case "ask to change password."
It didn't ask when I tried to log in after a restart.

If you log into Windows with a Microsoft account, then you need to change your password on your Microsoft account online, using the steps on this link:

If you log into Windows with a Local account.
Open the old Control Panel, and at the top set View to large icons.
Open the User Accounts applet and you can change your password from there.
