Impossible to change password

I'm using Windows 11.

There's no option anymore to change my password, which is extremely problematic.

The option is not available with Ctrl+Alt+Del.

I tried many ways, but nothing seems to work. I tried to execute the following command: lusrmgr.msc and ticked the case "ask to change password."

It didn't ask when I tried to log in after a restart.

Open the Settings App, then go to Accounts - Your Info.

Is your Email visible at the top of that Window?

If it is, you are using a Microsoft account login.

    Hi Dave,

    Thank you for your answer.

    I don't know if I'm using a local or a MS account.
How could I verify it ?

Also, I already tried to change the password the way you suggest, and it appears that the option is not even available too.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Do you log into Windows with a Microsoft account or a Local account?

    1

If you log into Windows with a Microsoft account, then you need to change your password on your Microsoft account online, using the steps on this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil...

    2

If you log into Windows with a Local account.

Open the old Control Panel, and at the top set View to large icons.

Open the User Accounts applet and you can change your password from there.
