I am using Windows 11

The shortcut WIN + ALT + W on my machine is assigned to the broadcasting feature of the Game Bar which is no longer supported

I would like to use it

How can I remove the assignment?

I reprogramed both keys; enabling cord

I also exited and relaunched PowerToys (I had rebooted my PC previously after updating PowerToys)

    It unfortunately still doesn't work

I updated Powertoys and it took my reprogramming

but it didn't disable the shortcut
it I press Win + Alt + W, it still tries to open the game bar broadcasting the deprecated feature:

    It works for me.

Let's make sure you are doing the right steps.

Did you use the Remap a shortcut (NOT remap a key)?

Then click on where I marked 1, in the pop up window, go ahead and press those three keys so they register. Then where I marked 2, scroll all the way up to choose disable.

Then just save it and it will work.

Unfortunately, PowerToys doesn't accept that specific key combination (WIN + ALT + W)

    Hello, this is Emily.

I am afraid you would have to use PowerToys to remove it. Download PowerToys from Microsoft Store app, then use the Keyboard Manager feature to remap a shortcut. Select these keys, and use the disable feature.

Instruction of the Keyboard manager can be found here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/power...
