I am setting up my extra backup hard drive but forgot how to change the new 11 version to the old or classic I believe media player, in features I have the legacy box checked but nothing happened still have the new version can you help me?

Open the Control Panel and click on Windows Tools and look for Windows Media Player Legacy.
If it's not there let me know. I had to add it back to my computer the other day, so I know the steps for that.
You can remove the new media player and just use WMP Legacy, if that is what you want?

Press Win + I to open Settings.
Navigate to Apps > Optional features.
Click on Add a feature.
In the search box, type "Windows Media Player Legacy".
Check the box next to Windows Media Player Legacy (App) and click Install.
Wait for the installation to complete.
