I have AUSB keyboard that isn't working. when I plug the USB into one of my PC's ports, nothing happens, and nothing happens when I type on my keyboard. I looked in the device manager and under keyboards there is a bunch of unknown devices that I do not know what they are. I've tried to delete every single unknown device and device manager and then unplug everything from my PC including the power cable, and then when I turn it back on, nothing happened.

can anybody help me? I've tried to use multiple other keyboards, but none of them work in the same thing happens. Shockingly, when I press the calculator shortcut on my keyboard calculator opens up in windows, but when I type anything or try to type into a text box, nothing happens, and no text gets entered.

I've tried to update the drivers for my keyboards, but there are no drivers available since it says it is an unknown device.

    The link worked great,

The System Information (.nfo) file shows the following "problem device":

    [Problem Devices]

    Device PNP_Device_ID Error_Code

Not Available HID\VID_062A&PID_38DF&MI_00\7&2BDB780A&0&0000 Reinstall the drivers for this device.

The HID\VID_062A&PID_38DF may correspond to a MosArt USB keyboard.

Do you have such a keyboard and did you try loading a driver for this keyboard at some point?

Can you locate this problem device in the Device Manager? Where is it located in the Device Manager?

Can you provide the following information which may help determine any issue(s):

Windows Key + R > type msinfo32 in the "Open" box > OK > File > Save > then save as an .nfo file

Then make the resulting .nfo file available via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

Also, can you do the following:

Windows Key + R > type eventvwr in the "Open" box > OK > expand "Custom Views" and then right-click "Administrative Events" > select "Save all events in Custom View As" and save as an .evtx file

Then make the resulting .evtx file available via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

Here's a link on using OneDrive:

    Hi,

Does the same issue exist if you restart the computer in Safe Mode?
