Glad to help!
Why is Intel Core i3-7100 not support by Windows 11????
Why Windows 11 does not support Intel Core i3 7th gen processors which are faster than the minimum requirement speed at 1GHz? My Intel core i3-7100 runs at 3.90 GHz that already far exceed this minimum requirement. and it have TPM 2.0 and secure boot and others minimum requirement for windows 11.

Microsoft were testing and adding some more processors, and did add some to the list, they indicate they have now completed testing, and no more processors will be added to the official list.
They indicate it is not about the processor speed, it is about the security features supported by the processor model.
There was a method provided by Microsoft on the link below to upgrade to Windows 11 on an unsupported processor, but as far as I know, they have now blocked this method since they released version 24H2 of Windows 11.
