HOW DO I CANCEL THE PDFX SUBCRIPTION AND GET A REFUND?

THE APP DID NOT WORK AS IT SHOULD AND I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL AND GET MY MONEY RETURNED

    Go to https://account.live.com > sign into your account. Click on Service & subscription, and you can find it there and cancel it.

    If you need any refund and the option is not available, because this is a public forum, for your privacy and security, refund matter cannot be discussed here, nor does anyone helping here have access to such data. You will need to contact support to get it handled. On your computer, launch the Get Help app from the start menu, then type in Refund as the keyword. On the next page, you can click on "Contact support" button. Then fill out a few more details and you will be directed to the page where you will have the option to chat with a live support agent.

    I'm not a Microsoft employee, but I can help you with that! Follow these steps:

    1. Visit this link: [https://account.microsoft.com/services/?ref=SMC-Cancel&refd=support.microsoft.com].
    2. Find your subscription and click [Manage].

    If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage, it means your subscription is set to expire on the shown date, and you won't be charged automatically after that. No further action is needed unless you want to cancel before that date.

    1. On the next page, click Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
    2. Scroll through and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
