It will be named something like "Languages and Optional Features for Windows 11, version 24H2".

Hello,
I have to deploy multiple laptops and for some stupid reason the English language pack takes absolutely forever to download even though the files are only a few mb in size.
Is it possible i can download these so i can put them on a USB stick so i can install them faster?

After downloading it, mount the ISO and install the packages using DISM's Add-Package option.
