Dear Martin,
Thank you so much for helping me resolve the issue. I really appreciate it.
I've followed your instructions. But unfortunately, my issue hasn't been fully resolved. Some apps (such as Task Manager), some icon's name and menus has changed their language to Vietnamese. But the remaining parts are still in English. I don't know what I have to do next.
Please help me resolve the issue.
And once again, thank you so much
The language pack hasn't been fully installed
Hi,
I recently installed the Vietnamese language pack on my PC. However, the language pack hasn't been fully installed, causing the system to display half in English and half in Vietnamese. I've tried reinstalling the language pack to fix this, but it was unsuccessful. Please help me resolve this issue without resetting Windows. Thank you so much!

Let's work through a few steps to resolve this without resetting your system.
Step 1: Reinstall the Language Pack
Under Settings > Time & Language > Language, select Vietnamese.
Click Remove. Click Add a language, search for Vietnamese, and select it. Follow the prompts to download and install the language pack completely.
Afterwards, set it as your primary display language if needed.
Step 2: Check Regional and Language Settings
Open Settings > Time & Language > Region.
Ensure Country or region is set to Vietnam.
Go to Control Panel > Clock and Region > Region > Administrative.
Click Copy settings... and make sure your current settings for display language and input language are correctly set to Vietnamese.
In the Administrative tab under Language for non-Unicode programs, click Change system locale... and set it to Vietnamese (Vietnam).
Click OK and restart your computer if prompted.
Step 3: Clear Language Pack Cache
Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
Run the following commands one by one to reset Windows Update components:
