On the left, click on Services & subscriptions. Is this listed?
Still on the left, click on Order History. Change "ordered within" to 12 months. Is this charge listed?
If this charge is not listed in your Microsoft account, it's a fraudulent charge that you should dispute with your bank or card company. If they are automatically taking money from your account every month, you might have to cancel the card. Your card company will work with you on this.
