Hi ,
It is most likely the Intel driver that is presenting the problem since the main monitor is connected to the I-GPU.
You will do the following: uninstall the Intel and Nvidia GPU Drivers using DDU and install the drivers and bios update from the link below:
Contains your laptop's GPU and Chipset Drivers;.
Note: DDU is a third-party application to completely delete and reinstall the GPUI driver.
- After downloading, extract ddu to a folder.
DDU:
https://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/games/PC/guru3d/ddu/[Guru3D.com]-DDU.zip
- Run the driver screen uninstaller.exe application, select Model tab, put GPU.
After uninstalling the GPU Driver, uninstall it for Intel and Nvidia .
- Click on the second option clean and reboot and wait for the process to finish.
- After running DDU and following the procedure, Install this drivers :
