Try disconnecting any USB Drives or anything inserted into your computer except for mouse / keyboard and try disconnecting from the internet from the log-in screen.
Press the power button until your laptop
shuts fully down and power on.
Check for errors.
In the log-in screen, Press SHIFT and restart. Once you land in the choose an option screen, go to “Troubleshoot” and “Advanced options”, try restarting in Startup Settings, press F4 or F5 for Safe Mode.
Create a new user profile in Safe Mode as corrupted user profiles can cause issues.
And this could be due to Recently installed software or updates conflicting with system processes.
Faulty hardware components, such as RAM or a failing hard drive, can cause boot problems. Run any hardware diagnostics or test such as ones provided by your manufacturer or Windows Memory Diagnostics
Incompatible or outdated drivers can also lead to this issue. In Device Manager, make sure to update your drivers.
Make sure you install any pending updates.
If the solutions don’t work, power-off and on your PC, in the login screen, hold SHIFT and restart, in the choose an option screen, go to “Troubleshoot” and “Advanced options”.
Try performing Startup Repair, if it doesn’t work, try performing System Restore.
