Hi ,
You will do the following: uninstall the Realtek Sound driver and use DDU.
DDU:
https://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/games/PC/guru3d/ddu/[Guru3D.com]-DDU.zip
Note: DDU is a third-party application to completely delete and reinstall the Sound driver.
- After downloading, extract ddu to a folder.
- Run the driver screen uninstaller.exe application, select Model tab, put Sound.
After uninstalling the Sound Driver, uninstall it for Realtek
- Click on the First option clean and reboot and wait for the process to finish.
- After running DDU and following the procedure:

Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.
I recommend not using software to update drivers today, Windows Update already comes with the catalog to update the drivers or I always download the drivers from the manufacturer's website, if ASUS you have the Armory Crate application which has the update drivers function.
Hope this helps.
