    Do you have Hyper-V enabled?

Since you are using an Android emulator, it is possible that Hyper-V may cause a conflict if it is enabled.

To disable it, press the Windows key + R and type

    optionalfeatures

Search for Hyper-V, uncheck it and click OK.
