On my ASUS laptop it says no audio output device installed. I have no sound. It never happened before. It just happened. How do I get my audio back?
ASUS laptop has no audio all of a sudden. When I try to unmute volume icon, Iget message no audio output device installed. I don't know why this is going on. please help.

Open System Information
Take a screenshot and upload it here, this will help find the audio driver for your system model

2024-12-12T16:29:49+00:00 Hi Jonathan, I think I goofed up royally. When I sent the system info, I was using my Dell Laptop. So info you got was the wrong laptop info. I saw that the download said Dell. I am now using my ASUS, which is the laptop I'm having audio problems with. I'll do the msinfo32 on this laptop and send to you. Hope that's OK.
