I have been having issue with my computer blue screening for the last few month, most of the time the blue screen error is "Hypervisor error" but sometime I could get other error as well. Can someone help my get to the bottom of this issue, I was thinking it might be a hardware issue but I need to know for sure.

    Hello Dromeda,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Microsoft Answers Community.

Based on the dumps, it seems that the blue screens are caused by the CPU power management driver crashing.

If you have set up any overclocking or undervoltage in the system or in the BIOS (including memory XMP), please revert them, and see whether the issue persists.

If the issue persists, please go to file explorer->This PC->C drive->Windows->minidump, and upload the DMP files there to a file-sharing service for our analysis.

Also, it seems that there are multiple unknown drivers shown in the dump log. Do you have any esoteric devices or game anti-cheat drivers installed? If so, try removing them, and see whether the issue still persists.

We look forward to your response.

    Best Regards,

Sheng G. - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000001, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff805a882bc1b, address which referenced memory
