gpu fans are not spinnin sometimes...

....thanks again all..the title says it all..

while gaming my gpu fans are not spinnin sometimes..or ever..gpu clock speed is at 300mhz.

iam using..rtx 2060 super gigabyte oc...+iam not getting fps as iam suppose..too..or used to.

is there a way to check if gpu is seated properly..or somewhat..?...
