I don´t understand. Sometimes it works and sometimes it don´t. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and when I´ve done that I´ve made sure to delete it completly from the files. I don´t have any antivirus apps or use vpn.

> After running those commands, please restart your PC and try installing Roblox again.
If the issue persists, you might need to configure your IPv4 settings using the following method:
> Press Windows + R key to open Run dialog.
> Type this and press Enter: ncpa.cpl
> Right-click on your current Wi-Fi connection and select Properties.
> Double click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
> Under "Use the following DNS server automatically," use these values: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
> Click OK to save and restart your PC and connection.
