No Logo, No cursor. Only slightly lite up dark screen. If we can't get it booted up, will I have to use a Recovery Thumbnail?
How to get my HP Laptop to start up?
After updating my HP Laptop, I went to restart and when it did, a Dark Blue screen is the only thing that showed. No Cursor, Nothing else. I've tried alot of Control, Shift, Delete. Nothing. Tried hitting F11, F8 and a couple others right when I powered it up. Nothing. I'm thinking it's a Corrupt Graphic Driver, not sure. This is a 2022 and never been used. I just fire it up every now and then to get caught up on the updates. Got any solutions?

Do you see the manufacturer's logo when you turn on the computer?

If the logo does not appear and you are unable to get into BIOS, the computer may have hardware issue rather than software issues. However, you can try these steps to fix the issue:
Disconnect all unnecessary devices that are connected to your computer.
If your laptop's battery is removable, remove it and press the power button for 30 seconds. After that, plug the charger (without the battery) > Turn it on > Does it turn on?
If you are comfortable of doing so, take all the system memory sticks out, examine them for any obvious defects, and then reseat them into the sockets. Make sure that they are seated properly in their slots. If you have multiple sticks of system memory installed and you suspect one is faulty, one thing to try is to reproduce the issue with only one stick of memory module at a time. This will help you to isolate the faulty module.
Please Keep me posted.

Kindly disconnect all unnecessary devices that are attached to your computer and then try the following methods to fix the issue:
1-Force the computer to shut down 2 times until you get Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced Options:
A-Startup repair.
B-If you have a system restore point, perform a system restore.
