Hello,Sonomrxray xray
Welcome to posting in the Microsoft Community.
I understand that you are experiencing two major problems with your AMD Radeon HD 6670 graphics card, one is that the card is not showing up in the task manager and the other is that the card is not being used properly in games or applications.
This problem can be caused by several things. One is that the system still sets the Intel integrated graphics card as the default graphics hardware, so even if you disable the integrated graphics card, the game or application may not be able to switch to the discrete graphics card correctly. Secondly, there are problems with the driver configuration, including the possibility that the necessary optimizations are missing or that the driver does not correspond to the current operating mode of the system. Third, some modern games or applications may have adjusted their support for older graphics card architectures, which may prevent the graphics card from being called up properly.
1 - Please check the status of your graphics card driver in Device Manager. Open Device Manager and right click on “Start” > “Device Manager” > “Display Adapters”.
Check to see if you can see the AMD Radeon HD 6670; if you can see it, right-click on the graphics card, select “Properties”, and check the “Device Status” column to see if it indicates a problem with the device. If the device displays a yellow exclamation mark or has an abnormal status, the driver has not been installed correctly and you will need to reinstall or update the graphics card driver. If the graphics card is not displaying at all, the device may not be detected and may be the result of a hardware failure.
2 - Test by replacing the graphics card (you can visit an offline computer repair store for this step)
Replace the Radeon HD 6670 with a working graphics card and install the appropriate graphics card drivers to see if the problem persists. If the problem is solved after replacing the graphics card, the original graphics card may have a hardware failure or compatibility issue. If the problem still exists when you replace the graphics card with another one, then we need to continue to focus on checking the driver configuration and system settings.
After you refer to the above steps, you can share some information in this thread and I will answer your questions further. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
