Hi Sahib, I'm Ramesh, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Was your device preinstalled with Windows 10?

KMSpico activations are not legal. To check the activation details on your, please run the following command from Win + R.

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

    Post the screenshot here.

Uninstall the illegal KMS software. To uninstall the illegal product key, run "slmgr.vbs /upk". Then, buy a Windows 10/11 licence from the Store and activate it.

In that case, you can uninstall the KMS key using slmgr.vbs and try the generic Windows 10 Pro key below:

    VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T

    Open Settings.

    Click on Update & security.

    Click on Activation.

Click the Change product key link.

    Type the 25-digit product key.

Click Next to complete the process.

It's a KMS activation. Please try the earlier steps to uninstall the product key. Then, buy a Windows 10/11 license from the Store if your system was not previously shipped with a Windows 10/11 license.
