    how to windows 7 activate

You first would have had to buy it years ago, or had it come preinstalled on a device.

    Then read this:

    Hi bill

i bought an old Desktop witn win7 pro. The reason was an old App that runs on this system. This windows was never activated and i dont like to work with non licensed software. I bought a new key an tried to activate. Following error was replied, "program not found". i think the activation was corrupted. What can i do. I need this App in this system.

    1. You do NOT buy Windows 7 keys by themselves, as are usually stolen, volume license, etc.
    2. Microsoft and its resellers long ago stopped selling 7.
